Terms of use

The rules for using Aura Archivo. By browsing the site or creating an account, you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

Aura Archivo is a digital archive of football shirts and crests operated by Aura de Barrio, from Paraguay. In these terms, “we” refers to Aura de Barrio and “you” to anyone who uses the site.

2. The service

The site lets you browse entries for teams, crests and shirts, with recreations, data, sources and stories. Part of it is free and open to everyone. Later on there will be user accounts and a premium plan with additional content and features. We may add, change or remove sections of the archive at any time.

3. Permitted use of the content

The recreations, texts, entries, and the selection and organization of the archive are the work of Aura de Barrio and are protected. You may view them and freely share links to the entries. Unless you have written permission, you may not:

  • sell or print the images, or use them on products, in advertising or for any commercial purpose;
  • remove or cover the watermark, or present the recreations as period photographs;
  • copy the archive in bulk or by automated means, or republish it on another site or database;
  • use the site for anything illegal or that affects its operation or security.

The names, crests and trademarks of clubs, manufacturers and sponsors belong to their owners. Showing them in the archive does not give you any rights over them (see the editorial notice).

4. Accounts

Once accounts are available, you will be responsible for keeping your password secure and for the activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

5. Premium plan

The premium plan, once enabled, will be charged through an external payment provider, which processes the payment and any applicable taxes. Aura Archivo does not receive or store your card details. Prices, renewal and how to cancel will be explained before you pay.

6. What users post

Votes, comments, memories and contributions must be respectful and your own. Insults, discrimination, other people's personal data, advertising and material you do not hold the rights to are not allowed. We may moderate, edit or hide that content. Contributions to the archive are also governed by the contribution terms.

7. Accuracy of the archive

We work from sources and mark the confidence level of each recreation, but the archive may contain errors or omissions. The information is offered for cultural and educational purposes, with no guarantee that it is complete or accurate. If you find a mistake, let us know and we will review it.

8. Content removal

If you hold rights to something published, or you appear in an image and want us to review it, use the content removal form. We respond within 10 business days.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aura de Barrio is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site, from service interruptions or from the content of external sites linked from the entries.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date is shown above; if the change is significant, we will announce it on the site. Continuing to use the site after the change means you accept it.

11. Governing law and contact
