1994 Asics version of the JFA design introduced at the 1992 AFC Asian Cup, the so-called “Doha model”: blue with a white wing-shaped motif and red diamonds. The same design was used between 1992 and 1995 with adidas, Puma and Asics logos; in the 1993 qualifiers, those of the “Agony of Doha”, it carried the Puma logo. The recreation shows the JFA crest and an Asics logo.
