Cipolletti's home shirt for the 2017-18 Torneo Federal A, made by Kappa with the classic black and white striped design. In the Copa Argentina it knocked out Arsenal de Sarandí on penalties in Cutral Co, with goalkeeper Alasia as the star, and in the round of 32 fell to Almagro in a match that was suspended because of incidents involving its fans. In the Federal A it did not get past the first stage of the Reválida, but kept its place in the division.
