It is Slavia's current symbol: the red five-pointed star pointing downwards, which has been with the club since its beginnings and which, for the club, stands for an ever-renewed hope. Since the 2022 identity change, the logo is based on that star alone. The two gold stars above it commemorate league titles: the club adds one for every ten championships, and the second came with the 20th title, in 2020.

- In July 2022 Slavia dropped the logo it had used for 26 years: the new one was simplified to the red star alone and the name was shortened from «SK Slavia Praha» to «Slavia». The two gold stars for the 20 league titles had already been worn on the shirt since 2020.
