This is the kit from Slavia's first match, played on 25 March 1896 on the Císařská louka in Prague, a 6-0 win over AC Praha. Since that day the club has worn the red and white shirt of two halves, with the red five-pointed star on the white half, which gave rise to the nickname «Sešívaní» (the stitched ones). The shirt was made of cotton with long sleeves, in the style of English cricket teams; the recreation shows buttons and a shirt collar.
