Since 1979

Designed by the architect Boris Magaš, the Poljud was built in 1979 for the 8th Mediterranean Games and has been Hajduk's home ever since. Its arched concrete roofs over the east and west stands give it a shape reminiscent of a seashell, which is why the fans call it “Poljudska ljepotica”, the beauty of Poljud. It has an athletics track and has hosted major athletics competitions, as well as concerts and festivals.
