White adidas shirt with a large V-neck and navy blue details, worn in all three matches of the 1990 World Cup in Italy, the United States' return to the World Cup after 40 years. The team, made up largely of college players and semi-professionals, lost to Czechoslovakia, Italy and Austria; Paul Caligiuri scored the goal against the Czechoslovaks. The recreation shows blue panels on the shoulders and sleeves and the federation crest.
