América's 1991-92 home shirt, with the inverted blue triangle on a yellow background that the club had worn since the early 1980s and Coca-Cola as sponsor. That season it won the 1990 Copa Interamericana, whose second leg against Olimpia was played at the Estadio Azteca on 12 October 1991, the club's 75th anniversary. It also began the campaign that ended with the 1992 CONCACAF Champions' Cup title.
