Umbro change shirt from the 1992-93 season, in which Celtic played without a shirt sponsor for the first time since the early 1980s: the club failed to find a sponsor for that year, between the Peoples and CR Smith eras. The recreation shows a dark shirt with aqua green vertical stripes. The team finished third in the league, fell in the semi-finals of the League Cup and reached the second round of the UEFA Cup.
