This is Borussia Dortmund's first Nike shirt: fluorescent yellow with a wavy jacquard, large black triangles on the shoulders and sleeves, white collar and cuffs, and the sponsor Die Continentale. On the pitch it was a dull year: 10th in the Bundesliga, knocked out of the DFB-Pokal in the first round by Fürth and out of the UEFA Cup in the third round. The recreation shows long sleeves.
