White second shirt with nerazzurri details by Ennerre and with Tamoil on the front, the same away design introduced in 1989. In the UEFA Cup they got past Dinamo Zagreb, Fenerbahçe and Köln before falling to Inter in the quarter-finals. In Serie A they finished tenth with 35 points, and in the Coppa Italia they were knocked out by Bari in the round of 16.
